DELIVERY INFORMATION
    *CHRISTMAS DELIVERY NOTICE
    Order by 18th December for UK delivery before Christmas with Standard Delivery (Free on UK orders over £25). Please note that delivery time frames are approximate and cannot be guaranteed. We recommend ordering as far in advance as possible to avoid delays over the busy Christmas period.

    EXPRESS DELIVERY - WITHIN 1-2 WORKING DAYS 
    £5.95 or FREE on UK orders over £40
    • ‌Please allow up to 2 working days for your order to be prepared, dispatched and delivered.
    • Orders will be delivered Monday - Friday.
    • Orders placed up to 1pm Monday - Thursday will be delivered next day.
    • Orders placed after 1pm on Friday, or on Saturday and Sunday, will be delivered on the Tuesday.
    • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and a tracking number.
    • During promotional periods, your order may take a little longer to arrive.
    STANDARD DELIVERY - 2-5 WORKING DAYS
    ‌£3.45 or FREE on UK orders over £25
    • Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be prepared, dispatched and delivered.
    • Orders will be delivered Monday - Friday.
    • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email to confirm and a tracking number.
    • During promotional periods, your order may take a little longer to arrive.

    REFUND POLICY
    We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or bundles.
    To start a return, you can contact us at info@sortedskin.com. If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on where to send your package back to. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Damages and issues
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    Refunds
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
